REGISTRATION:
This program is suitable for dentists and dental lab technicians and it may consist of lecture, slide, peer discussion, treatment planning, and hands-on events. Registration will not be confirmed without 50% tuition paid in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Written notice of membership cancellation must be either emailed or mailed to the Casco Bay Study Club at 254 Western Avenue, South Portland, ME 04106. If you choose to terminate your membership before the first meeting of the year, you will be reimbursed the full amount of tuition paid.
SUBSTITUTIONS:
The "Events" tab represents the speakers and subjects booked for this year’s program. However, speaker and club activity cancellations occasionally occur, for reasons beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation, speaker, subject, or venue substitutions may be made without prior notice.
