Leslie S.T. Fang, MD PhD did his medical training at Harvard Medical School and his residency at the Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was Chief Resident. A clinician and teacher, he has an international concierge practice in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He is a highly acclaimed teacher with 7 teaching awards from Harvard Medical School and 9 teaching awards from the Massachusetts General Hospital and is a highly sought-after speaker in both Medicine and Dentistry. He is the former Firm Chief of the Walter Bauer Firm in the Department of Medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He is the recipient of the John R. Gallagher III and Katherine a. Gallagher Chair in Clinical Excellence.
He is highly involved in Harvard Medical School education and was the Course Director for both the third- and the fourth-year clerkship in Medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital and was on the Faculty Council of Harvard Medical School for 14 years. He was the Chairman of the Internship Selection Committee at the Massachusetts General Hospital for 23 years.
He has established the unique position of being an interdisciplinary bridge between Medicine and Dentistry and is a highly valued member of DOCS, LVI, Channel3 and Seattle Study Club. He was awarded the Channel 3 Per-Ingvar Branemark Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023.

During the COVID-19 crisis, he hosted 24 Webinars on COVID and its implications and has reached 34,488 unique registrants globally.
His international Concierge Care practice is based at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
