SSC Aviary: Brittany Simon: Stretching the Shrinking Hour

Brittany Simon is an experienced dental hygienist with 12 years in clinical practice, including 10 years at the renowned Spodak Dental Group in South Florida. She is a national educator for Seattle Study Club and previously for Bulletproof Hygiene. Brittany is also a co-author of Bulletproof Hygiene: The Guide for Finding Fulfillment Through Purposeful, Profitable Hygiene. As a former Team Lead at Spodak Dental Group, Brittany implemented key strategies such as standard operating procedures, team meetings, and quarterly reviews, which resulted in significant improvements in team performance, production, patient care, and team satisfaction. She has hosted a podcast and mastermind cohorts for hundreds of hygienists across the U.S., helping them achieve greater self-confidence and success in their practice. Brittany holds an ASDH (2012) and BASDH (2017), and pursued a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare at Johns Hopkins before deciding to pivot her career toward the direction she truly desired.
