This program shines a spotlight on the often-overlooked power of dental hygienists in shaping the success—or failure—of a practice from within. While you may not own the practice, your influence on its culture, patient outcomes, and profitability is undeniable. Hygienists will gain tools to elevate their role as both clinicians and culture shapers—helping build stronger teams, drive revenue, and foster workplaces where everyone thrives.

We’ll explore how hygienists can advocate for their worth, lead without a title, and become central to building practices rooted in mutual respect, shared goals, and exceptional care.

Upon completion of this course, attendees should be able to:

  • Identify the difference between a healthy and toxic culture—and take steps to build a work environment worth staying in.

  • Improve communication across the team to enhance alignment, collaboration, and profitability.

  • Recognize your value, ditch the title, and lead with influence and intention—no ownership required
