Dr Sam Bakuri is a board-certified periodontist in Pittsburgh, PA. He is a national and international speaker for Straumann, an ITI Fellow and Chairman of the marketing committee with the International Association of Dental Specialists. Today, he has over 20 clinicians that work with him on full-arch cases, averaging 150 arches per year.


Full-arch dental implant treatment has become a viable treatment option for a significant percentage of our dental patients. Despite the growing demand for this treatment, dental clinicians all over the country are not performing this treatment at a frequency that meets the population’s demand.

In this 4-hour course, you will learn about Full-Arch Critical Team Success (FACTS). This includes:

  • Mapping the patient's experience. Learn how to create a patient journey map through the entire treatment process. The map will focus on each interaction you will have with the patient and how you can improve their experience at each step of the journey. You will be introduced to Ritz Carlton service techniques that you and your entire staff can implement in your office.

  • Creating a process that offers a consistent and smooth experience for both the patient and the referring doctor. You will learn how to assemble teams that support this process in both offices, knowing who is responsible for what, so that the surgeon and the restorative doctor will always be on the same page.

  • Learning how to attract full-arch cases, utilizing non-traditional referral techniques, including Direct to Customer Marketing (DTCM). DTCM can significantly help both you and your referral network to increase revenues and to expand the level of services you provide to your community
